For over 100 years, the Minasian (Mih-nAA-see-an) family has been at the forefront of the fine rug industry. Brothers Armen and Carnig were born into a family with a rich entrepreneurial history. Growing up in Chicago and learning the rug trade from their father, their passion led them on global adventures, curating a collection of rare and exquisite rugs. Their commitment to quality and customer service made them a favorite among clients, designers, and retailers alike. Their acquisitions, including those from renowned establishments like Nahigian Brothers, Inc., showcased their rugs in the iconic Chicago department store Marshall Fields. Do you ship overseas?
We are not currently offering shipping services to destinations outside the United States.Please stay tuned for updates, as we are committed to exploring options that will allow us to serve our international customers in the future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date.
We understand the excitement of receiving your new item, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in fulfilling your order.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unused, unaltered condition, and in original packaging
Returns initiated within 3 days of pick up or delivery will be refunded to the original method of payment.* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).
Returns initiated after 7 days and over will not be accepted.
The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:
Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.
Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
